These terms govern your use of X Khelo 2026 (“SSH”). By accessing or using SSH, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms §

By creating an account or using any SSH feature, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use SSH.

2. Eligibility §

  • You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use SSH.
  • SSH is a free, skill‑only platform; we do not offer cash or cash‑equivalent rewards.
  • Using SSH from jurisdictions where skill gaming is restricted is your responsibility—ensure compliance with local laws.

3. Accounts & Security §

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it updated. One person = one account; no impersonation.
  • Report suspected unauthorized access via support@xkhelo2026.site.

4. Acceptable Use §

  • No collusion, multi‑accounting, automation/bots, or scraping without written permission.
  • No harassment, hate speech, or illegal content.
  • Respect lineup lock timers and editing windows; attempts to circumvent are prohibited.

5. Contests & Gameplay §

  • All contests are free to enter and reward recognition (badges, rankings), not money.
  • Eligibility, lineup size, captain/VC multipliers, and entry caps are shown on each contest.
  • We may modify, postpone, or cancel a contest for integrity, technical, or force‑majeure reasons; we’ll post a notice.

6. Scoring & Corrections §

  • Points are determined by published, deterministic rules available in our Transparency docs.
  • If official stats are revised, we may recalculate scores. Corrections are logged with timestamps.
  • In the event of ties, joint rankings are displayed.

7. Privacy §

We collect minimal data necessary to operate SSH. See our Privacy Policy for details on collection, use, and your rights, including export/delete requests.

8. Intellectual Property §

  • SSH, its UI, logos, and content are protected by IP laws. You may not copy or reverse‑engineer without consent.
  • You retain rights to content you submit; you grant SSH a limited license to host and display it for service operation.

9. Third‑Party Services §

We may link to third‑party sites or use data providers. We don’t control their content or practices; review their terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimers §

SSH is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability §

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SSH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed INR 5,000.

12. Indemnity §

You agree to indemnify and hold SSH harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Suspension & Termination §

  • We may suspend or terminate your access for violations, security risks, or legal reasons.
  • You may delete your account by contacting support; we’ll process per our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law & Disputes §

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Venue: courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
  • We prefer amicable resolution first — contact support@xkhelo2026.site.

15. Changes to Terms §

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in‑app or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
